Converter Touch ~ Fastest Unit and Currency Converter App Reviews

Converter Touch is easy to use (once you learn what tapping and tapping-and-holding do), looks good and is priced right. What seals the deal for me is the ability to add specific conversions as favourites. Im often converting between pounds and kilograms, meters and feet, and Canadian and US dollars, for example, and its nice to have those conversions ready to go.

This app looks good and works great. Just remember that you have to drag the button to the display window to change the selection.

Got this when it was free but it is defiantly worth the 99 cents. I would just like to see some extra units (cubic yards for one) It is always better to have more than not enough.

This is by far one of the most useful apps I have ever encountered. Not only is it incredibly easy to use, but I can also set favourites for the conversions I use the most often. Coming from a country that uses both metric and Imperial measurements, this comes in handy all the time. When it comes to baking - I dare not have it with me!

Kilobyte to megabyte : 1mb = 1000 KB? Is it hard to have to extra 24 or its always being round up? Sorry but I dont trust a converter that can do this simple conversion

Im not sure if people only go after ease or do they actually test if conversions are even correct. Try converting 1MB to kilobyte. You will get 1000 when infact the precise conversion is 1024. Good looks but not reliable. Sorry. Deleting this right now.

Its true that the mb to kb conversion is inaccurate, but Ive been mostly using the temperature conversion and its spot on. I have no complaints; I cant imagine there being a better conversion app. Its really slick and fast.

Except the data calculation. Different units of bytes or bits should be converted using 1024, not 1000. You are not apple. I like the slick drag-n-drop interface. It is straightforward.
